The IDD Support Tech works with individuals with a diagnosis of Intellectual Developmental Disability (IDD). The CSW provides services based upon the individual's needs, abilities, and health conditions.Are you ready to make a Difference?DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scanning and uploading documents, filing
- Answering phones and making calls
- Assisting DDP's, case managers and nurses
- Attending home provider meetings
- Monitoring and running reports.
- On-Call rotation: If there is a call out at the group home, this staff will be the fill in for the shift that is needed.
- Transport individuals on outings, to doctor appointments and other activities in the community.
- Medication Administration and documenting appropriately.
- Attendance is required for all staff meetings.
- Work as a team player
- Complete Non-Serious Incident Reports.
- Report any medical issues of individuals to supervisor.
- Work holidays if scheduled.
- Other duties as assigned.
