Job Summary: The Outreach Coordinator seeks and establishes community resources, volunteer lists/schedules, guest speakers, scheduling of meetings based on the needs of the community. Arranges transportation when needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a workforce program.
- Work with people seeking recovery in the development in recovery support services.
- Assist in recruiting volunteers to enhance mission of Recovery Support Center
- Work with individuals on engagement and connecting them with services.
- Provide supportive services in the community and Recovery Support Center.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education – High School Diploma/GED.
- Licensure/Certification – Eligibility to be certified as - CPS, CPS-AD, CARES, WHAM
- Experience – Must self-identify as a person in recovery from a mental health or substance use disorder diagnosis and be a current or eligible peer specialist.
