Highland Rivers Behavioral Health provides treatment and recovery services to individuals impacted by mental illness, substance use disorders and intellectual developmental disabilities.
JOB SUMMARY: Highland Rivers Behavioral Health offers services for individuals in the community based residential programs meet goals for stable housing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete rent deposits and relevant paperwork within established deadline
- Schedules and performs VI-SPDAT Housing Assessment from internal referrals to program
- Tracks eligible individuals on the PSH wait list
- Assists Residential Staff with entering information into GA HMIS (ClientTrack)
- Creates and performs monthly and weekly reports to accounting and Residential Support Services Program Manager
- Checks GRIDs, MEIRS, and other reports from Housing Specialists for errors. Submits to Finance Department and State Officials (ie HUD data quality report)
- Document face-to-face and over-the-phone sessions in ECR; including complaints, results of assessments, etc.
- Collect, compile, and submit data required for program evaluation and grant reporting under contract.
- Maintain accurate and detailed participant records (rent payments, etc)
- Participates in weekly RRSS team meetings
- Uses initiative and judgment to assure that circumstances requiring attention are referred to the appropriate team member.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education – High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience – 3 years working in an office setting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education – Bachelors degree in Business related field
- Experience – 5 years in an office setting
