DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES :
- Complete rent deposits and relevant paperwork within established deadline
- Schedules and performs VI-SPDAT Housing Assessment from internal referrals to program
- Tracks eligible individuals on the PSH wait list
- Assists Residential Staff with entering information into GA HMIS (ClientTrack)
- Creates and performs monthly and weekly reports to accounting and Residential Support Services Program Manager
- Checks GRIDs, MEIRS, and other reports from Housing Specialists for errors.
Submits to Finance Department and State Officials (ie HUD data quality report)
