Cure In Place Pipe - Job Responsibilities
· Perform CIPP installations with precision, adhering to project specifications and industry best practices.
· Prepare, clean, and inspect existing pipelines to ensure proper adhesion for effective liner installation.
· Operate specialized equipment to install durable and seamless CIPP liners.
Camera System Operation:
- Utilize advanced push and crawler cameras to conduct detailed pipeline inspections.
- Accurately document inspection findings and communicate them to project teams.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all installations meet stringent quality and industry standards.
- Conduct post-installation checks to verify liner integrity and functionality.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Maintain and calibrate pipe lining tools and camera systems for optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and report equipment issues promptly.
Safety Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Be prepared to wear PPE and obtain Confined Space Entry certification if required.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Mentor less experienced team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in CIPP pipe lining or equivalent roles.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CIPP techniques, materials, and camera systems.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to convey technical information clearly.
- Safety Focused: Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
- Team Player: Works effectively both independently and within a team setting.
