Job Summary

We are seeking certified nursing assistants to join our clinical team at Highland Springs Care Center, a skilled nursing facility that prioritizes providing exceptional patient care.

Job Description

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities :

  • Provide personal care for residents under the supervision of a licensed and / or registered nurse.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreational activities, and outings.
  • Organize unit operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Active CNA certification with successful completion of a CNA program.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster(s).
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Good physical health to lift and move patients, and / or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Compassion towards residents and their families.
