Highland Sqaure is looking to hire a full-time experienced Nursing Scheduler / Central Supply / Medical Records to help with Scheduling, Orientation, and Assisting the current HR director with various projects. Ordering for the facility. Fulfiling medical records requests, maintaning medical record files. The optimal candidate should have experience as a scheduler specifically in the Nursing Home Field. Must have good at multi-tasking and be a team player. Would prefer candidate to hold an STNA license.
Qualifications of Scheduler :
- Must have at least two (2) years of experience in health care.
- Must have one year of scheduling experience.
- High School equivalent education.
- Knowledge of corporate business management.
- Exhibit good verbal and written communication and public relations skills.
- Demonstrate autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities
