Full time position in a small, modern, dynamic veterinary hospital. A fulfilling career impacting the lives of the animals and pet parents of our community.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:15 AM to 3:30 PM Wednesday 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM; Weekend rotation (every 8 weeks).

Veterinary Customer Service Representative requirements:
- Dependable transportation and punctuality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highs school diploma or equivalent.
- Greeting and welcoming clients with sincerity.
- Answering telephone calls and returning e-mails.
- Scheduling appointments appropriately using our designated software.
- Issuing invoices for treatment and prescribed medication after each consultation.
- Receiving and verifying payments after each consultation.
- Intermediate computer proficiency.
- Basic math and money handling skills.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Compassionate and understanding disposition.
- Capacity to stay calm during distressing situations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
