Highland View Rehabilitation and Healthcare is currently seeking a Business Office Manager to join our team
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business office, ensuring efficient and accurate financial management.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly financial statements and budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of resident accounts, including admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations for skilled nursing facilities.
- Candidate recruitment.
- Processing company payroll.
- Maintaining a work environment.
- Employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, especially as they relate to skilled nursing facilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
