We are seeking an experienced and dedicated leader to serve as the Beyond the Bell Program Supervisor. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program, ensuring smooth operations, and collaborating with the daytime leadership team and staff to maintain alignment and provide a seamless transition for students. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills and be committed to fostering a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for all participants.
This is a grant-funded position. Continued employment is contingent upon the availability of grant funding.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the "Beyond the Bell" program, ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and effectively.
Collaborate with the daytime school leadership team to ensure alignment between the Beyond the Bell program and school objectives.
Supervise and support staff members working in the program, including tutors, teachers, and other personnel.
Coordinate student enrollment, attendance, and participation to maximize engagement in tutoring, credit recovery, and other services.
Monitor and assess program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to meet the needs of students.
Ensure that all materials, supplies, and resources are available and well-organized for program activities.
Communicate regularly with parents, school leadership, and other stakeholders to provide updates on student progress, staff members and program developments.
Attend required meetings and training sessions, and stay up to date on best practices for academic support and student engagement.
Maintain accurate records of program operations, including staff hours, student attendance, and performance data.
Ensure that program policies, procedures, and safety protocols are followed at all times.
Provide guidance and support to program staff to foster a positive and professional working environment.
Salary : $12,000 - $100,000
