Responsibilities
- Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Utilize our CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure successful appointment setting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for potential clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively communicate value propositions.
Skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to effectively build rapport with potential clients and provide a seemless experience for the customer,
- Experience in business development is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
