Certification Details BLS ACLS NIH Certification Nursys Kentucky or compact for KY ARH facilities / WV or compact for WV facilities Job Details 2 plus yrs current experience 1 : 5 / 1 : 6 ratios Meditech EMR Orientation is bi-weekly Start date on job is start date needed RN must reside 100 miles from facility to be considered Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded within 24 hrs of accepting offer. Job Requirements Must have KY or compact license FLU Vaccine or approved ARH exemption Required for a RN specialties, except OR Copies of exams needed, within year of start with passing score of 80% or higher 2 references required; 1 Charge or Higher; 1 must be supervisor reference Background checks must be within 30 days prior to start.
