Highlands Behavioral Health System is an 86 bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Littleton, CO. Highlands features individual units for adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. www.highlandsbhs.com
The Director of Clinical Services provides the leadership and strategic planning of the clinical services programs offered at the facility, ensuring programs meet the needs of the community and the facility’s performance goals and objectives. Responsibilities include the overall administrative processes and management systems for all clinical services offered at the facility, promotion and maintenance of a therapeutic environment, and development and implementation of a clinical treatment programs. The DCS is also responsible for managing and supervising the inpatient clinical services department, consisting of social workers and experiential therapists.

Education / Experience
- Master's in Social Work, Counseling or related field required
- 5 years experience post-licensure and 2 years of Direct Supervisory experience, preferred
Licensure by the State of Colorado required (LCSW or LPC)
