Responsibilities
Highlands Behavioral Health System is an 86 bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Littleton, CO. Highlands features individual units for adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. www.highlandsbhs.com
The Clinical Supervisor works in conjunction with and at the direction of the Director of Outpatient Services to facilitate clinical supervision, conduct group and individual therapy sessions, training for staff, and provide clinical support to therapists, patients, and families.

Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work requied.
Experience: 2 years providing direct behavioral health care required. Experience with high acuity mental health populations preferred. Experience facilitating therapy and psychoeducational groups preferred. Experience providing clinical supervision preferred.
Licensure: LCSW required.
