The Administrative Assistant II, under general supervision of the assigned lead, shall perform highly technical and complex tasks, facilitate and expedite work and perform other related duties as required. Serves as an assistant to a Site Administrator or other management with responsibility over a division. Such duties and responsibilities require a high level of initiative and independent decision-making.

. Four years secretarial and/or clerical experience. Two years of secretarial and/or clerical experience within an educational organization is preferred.
. Associates degree or higher from an accredited college or university is preferred

. Evidence of the ability to type 50 net wpm
