A busy specialty medical office is hiring a Medical Administrative Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy, organized multi-tasker with excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, who will deliver a pleasant patient experience and be a supportive team member.
Front office duties include:
Registering patients for their visits, entering demographics and insurance details. Verifying insurance to determine eligibility, collecting co-pays. Quick and efficient utilization of EHR and practice management systems.
Scheduling follow-up appointments, answering incoming calls, and text messages.
Following instructions and supporting the needs of physicians and nurse practitioners.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.87 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
