Job Summary:
The Bilingual Call Center Representative plays a crucial role in our company by connecting with residential owners and renters to inform them about our valuable programs. Responsibilities:
- Complete initial and ongoing training as outlined in the Sales Representative Training Plan.
- Meet assigned target goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Educate residential housing owners about available programs through telephone outreach.
- Determine eligibility and complete necessary documentation over the phone.
- Schedule appointments with residential occupants for consultations with company specialists.
- Communicate appointment details to the designated specialist.
- Submit all required documentation accurately and promptly.
- Contribute to team efforts and support the company's overall objectives.
- Maintain accurate records by documenting actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
- Participate in all training sessions and meetings.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish - REQUIRED
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of customer service experience
- 1 years of outbound calling experience preferred
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Proficient in computer use, including Outlook and Microsoft Office Products
Compensation
$17.00 Hourly base pay ability to make $21 plus on Commissions
