What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Aide position at Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center?
Highlands Health and Rehab is hiring for a passionate Dietary Aide to join our Food Services team in Memphis, TN. As a Dietary Aide , you will assist the kitchen staff in meal preparation, serving the nutritional meal to our residents, while following the residents' food restrictions according to their care plan.
This position is Full-time or Part-Time with rotating weekends. AM and PM shifts available.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Portioning and serving of food items
- Delivering of trays and carts to resident floors
- Cleaning of dining rooms
- Working on the tray line
- Working in the dish room and pot sink
- Sweeping and mopping
- Disposal of trash and recyclables
- Per Diem Duties as outlined by Director of Dietary
