ADNS- Assistant Director of Nursing

The ADON will work along side the DON and other nurse managers to monitor the functioning of the department and performance of the employees.
He/she has to make sure that a standard quality is maintained in all the operations and all the employees of this department are efficient to execute their duties.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling
- Inventory management.
- Recruitment and training.
- Supervision and performance appraisal.
- Documentation and payroll
Qualifications:
- Must have a current state RN in good standing
- Must have nurse management or supervisory experience
- 5 years LTC experience preferred
- EMR experience
