Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Littleton, CO
Industry: Automotive Body Shop
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pickups
- Work closely with insurance companies and dealerships to facilitate claims and repair processes
- Maintain customer records and ensure accurate documentation of repair details
- Provide clear and timely updates to customers about the status of their vehicle
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks and maintain a smooth flow of operations in the office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not necessarily required
- Strong ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to learn on the job and adapt quickly to new processes and systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
