Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various buildings in our Community. This role requires a strong ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently. Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including activity rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas.
- Sanitate surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance of all flooring types.
- Manage custodial duties by restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Cleaning of windows outside and inside buildings.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
