Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Greets guests, presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food, drink, and/or service
- Relays order to kitchen and serves courses, ensuring the orders are correct when delivered
- Observes patrons to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meals/drinks have been completed
- Totals bill and accepts payment or refer the patron to cashier
- Assists in clearing and resetting tables at the conclusion of service
- Other duties that may be assigned by superiors
Supervisory Responsibilities
- None
Qualifications
- RAMP certification is required on the first day of employment
- Must have cash handling experience
- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Previous food and beverage experience a plus
- ServSafe certification is a plus
