Summary: We are looking for a candidate that is positive, self-motivated, detailed oriented, and can lead a quality staff. This is a unique opportunity to join our team at Pennsylvania’s Outdoor Adventure Headquarters, Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Inc.
Seven Springs Mountain Resort Inc. is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate individuals to join the Sporting Clays Food and Beverage team. The hired candidate will have the opportunity to work at one of the most beautiful facilities in the industry. A glimpse of the menu and you will find a variety of appetizers, sandwiches, entrees, and desserts ranging from truly classic American to the completely unexpected.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Server
- Greets guests, presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food, drink, and/or service
- Relays order to kitchen and serves courses, ensuring the orders are correct when delivered
- Observes patrons to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal/drinks have been completed
- Totals bill and accept payment or refer the patron to the cashier
- Assists in clearing and resetting tables at the conclusion of service
- RAMP certification is required on the first day of employment
- Food Runner
- Assists in greeting guests and making them feel welcomed
- Displays pleasant attitude towards guests and other employees at all times
- Checks on tables and assists in delivering orders from the kitchen
- Transports dirty dishes from Slopeside/Bavarian area to the back of house
- Sanitizes tables and chairs when tables have been vacated
- Restocks supplies as needed; ie. cups, dishes, silverware, napkins, etc.
- RAMP certification is required on the first day of employment
- Bartender
- Assists in greeting guests and making them feel welcome
- Displays pleasant attitude towards guests and other employees at all times.

Qualifications
- RAMP certification is required on the first day of employment
- Previous food and beverage experience is a plus
- ServSafe certification a plus
- Cash handling experience a must
- Must possess strong customer service skills
