Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and credentialed therapist specializing in Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) treatment to join our CARF-accredited and OHMAS-certified outpatient treatment team. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions, including evening IOP groups.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new programs and curriculum.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with both clients and team members.

Qualifications

• A valid and active license in the State of Ohio at the LCDC II level or higher (LCDC III, LICDC) or a professional license such as LSW, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, LISW-S, or equivalent.
• Preferred experience in Mental Health and AOD treatment, though we are open to training the right candidate.
• Familiarity with DSM-5 and the ability to diagnose mental health disorders (training available if needed).
• Strong skills in client assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competency.
