Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
Communicate with residents to understand their dietary needs and preferences.
Assist with the setup and cleanup of dining areas.
Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure timely and accurate meal service.
Participate in the planning and implementation of special dietary events and programs.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a dietary aide or similar role preferred.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and sanitation practices.
