Key Responsibilities:
Care Champion: Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring that each individual receives the best possible care and attention, with a focus on their well-being and comfort.
Team Leader: Oversee and guide Nursing Assistants in their day-to-day duties, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone feels valued and empowered.
Communication Conduit: Collaborate with other disciplines in the company, ensuring smooth coordination and that residents' care plans are aligned and followed through with precision. You'll keep residents, their families, and physicians informed every step of the way.
Accuracy Advocate: Handle medication administration and review physician orders with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Problem Solver: Handle any incidents or accidents with care, compassion, and a solution-focused mindset, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up as necessary.

Qualifications:
Registered Nursing License (Required)
Previous nursing experience preferred, but we welcome new grads ready to make a difference!
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well with a team, as well as independently when necessary.
A passion for delivering high-quality care with empathy and integrity.
