Overview

Highlight is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide innovative ways to find, analyze, and present data for a federal customer in a disaster management environment.

Responsibilities

  • Update/enhance, maintain, create, and provide value-added deliverables across adaptive Agile methodologies
  • Lead innovative approaches to analyze and deliver data to federal stakeholders
  • Leverage integration of tools to include Esri and automation capabilities to include, AI, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Serve as advisor to stakeholders regarding IT modernization and emerging technologies (ex-AI & ML)

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Masters Degree and 10 years of experience
  • SME in Agile methodologies
  • Experience providing relevant support in a disaster management/disaster recovery environment
  • Knowledge of Kanban Approach, and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Experience leading teams of consultants and senior level personnel
  • Previous management experience

Desired Qualifications

  • PMP certification
  • Expertise knowledge in ArGIS Hub, Tableau, MS Azure, MS 365 and PowerBI workspace
  • Previous experience supporting programs within FEMA
