Highlight is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide innovative ways to find, analyze, and present data for a federal customer in a disaster management environment.
Responsibilities
- Update/enhance, maintain, create, and provide value-added deliverables across adaptive Agile methodologies
- Lead innovative approaches to analyze and deliver data to federal stakeholders
- Leverage integration of tools to include Esri and automation capabilities to include, AI, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Serve as advisor to stakeholders regarding IT modernization and emerging technologies (ex-AI & ML)
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree and 10 years of experience
- SME in Agile methodologies
- Experience providing relevant support in a disaster management/disaster recovery environment
- Knowledge of Kanban Approach, and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience leading teams of consultants and senior level personnel
- Previous management experience
- PMP certification
- Expertise knowledge in ArGIS Hub, Tableau, MS Azure, MS 365 and PowerBI workspace
- Previous experience supporting programs within FEMA
