Overview Highlight is seeking a Washington, DC-based IT Project Manager/Scrum Master to support our General Services Administration (GSA) Contract Team. This role will support a team in Agile software development, project management, and DevOps using Scrum and SAFe. The IT Project Manager/Scrum Master will ensure Agile processes, project oversight, and government collaboration supporting GSA acquistion activities. Responsibilities Oversee and manage all activities related to the system transformation and consolidation contract. Manage O&M of systems with one million users/visitors per month. Supervise and coordinate teams multiple Agile teams of employees and subcontractors. Facilitate continuous integration, DevOps, and SAFe best practices Present reports, updates, and key findings. Qualifications Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP®) Certification OR a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Formal training or certification such as Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master or Scaled Agile SAFe Advanced Scrum Master. 5 years managing projects of at least 30 FTE delivering software development. Demonstrated experience managing DevOps or CI/CD projects. Proven experience with the management, manpower utilization, and supervision of employees and subcontractors. Experience managing teams using SAFe. Demonstrated experience managing systems with over one million users. Experience overseeing system transformation and consolidation efforts.
