Highlight is seeking a Washington, DC-based Scrum Master to support our General Services Administration (GSA) Contract Team. This role will support a large team in Agile software development and Continuous Delivery utilizing the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). The Scrum Master will support cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement through the facilitation of Agile ceremonies.

Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to SAFe practices.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and scale Agile practices across the enterprise.
- Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Adaptable Software Design practices.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure delivery.
- Formal training or certification in Agile software development methods.
- Demonstrated experience working with Agile and/or CI/CD framework.
- Experience scaling Agile practices using SAFe.
- Experience utilizing SAFe for task estimation, testing, deployment, and integration.
- Experience delivering Agile software solutions using TDD or Adaptable Software Design.
