- Experience or knowledge of food ingredients, preparation and cooking techniques, and attractive food presentation.
- Ability to work well with others
- Experience preparing food typically by combining, mixing, and heating ingredients. Proper knife skills.
- Passion for local, farm to table preparation
- Experience in a food service setting where meals are prepared for individuals who have special dietary needs
- ServSafe Certified ( preferred but not required )
- Experience with preparing, serving, cooking, and storing food safely.
- Willing to do what it takes, work as a team.
