What are the responsibilities and job description for the BDC Agent/ Internet Auto Sales position at Highline Automotive Inc.?
Highline Automotive is looking for a BDC agent with at least 1 year of previous BDC experience for our Langhorne dealership.
Our BDC will manage our CRM with incoming leads from multiple resources, setting appointments and distributing them to sales.
Compensation: 65k-85k. Earn Base salary plus commission. High earning potential!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling all incoming phone calls and internet leads generated from the dealership website and advertisements
- Setting sales appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers (e.g., internet leads, showroom visits, and incoming calls)
- Confirm appointments with customers to maximize show ratio
- Review notes with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants relevant to customer
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written
- Great attitude with a charismatic personality
Work Schedule: We're flexible with scheduling. Work 5 days between Monday to Saturday. Enjoy one weekday off in addition to Sundays.
Prior experience in customer service or the automotive industry is a plus.
Multiple languages is a plus.
