They are seeking a Designer to join their New York office. The right candidate will bring strong conceptual design abilities and a deep understanding of architectural and interior design principles. This role involves contributing to high-profile projects across multiple sectors, including workplace, hospitality, and residential.
The requirements of the role are :
Professional degree in Architecture and / or Interior Design.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural or interior design roles.
Strong conceptual design skills with a proven ability to integrate interdisciplinary criteria.
Proficiency in design software, including Revit, Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, Adobe Suite, and other digital tools.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and familiarity with LEED accreditation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage time and workload effectively, meeting project deadlines while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
