They serve clients locally and regionally through their offices in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Washington DC and their project portfolio even expands internationally to the likes of the Caribbean, the United Kingdom, Africa and the Middle East.
We are looking for an Assistant Estimator to join the team in the Manhattan office. The successful individual should have between 2-5 years of experience working within the NYC construction market and ideally someone who has large scale project experience.
In this role, you'll support the preconstruction and estimating process for a variety of high-profile projects, including commercial, residential and infrastructure developments.
The requirements of the role are :
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of estimating or construction experience.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
