Job Description :
Our client is a small residential home builder, proudly serving New Jersey, New York City, Westchester County, Rockland County, and Orange County. They also hold a Home Builders License and a Home Improvement license in New Jersey.
They are looking for a Site Manager to join the team in Bergen County, New Jersey. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of working on a variety of luxury, high-end residential projects in either NJ or Upstate NY.
The requirements of the role are :
- A degree in a construction-related field is essential.
- Proven experience working on luxury, high-end residential projects is required.
- Strong background in client-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
