They are actively seeking a Project Superintendent to join the team in either Monmouth or Gloucester County. The individual will be responsible for supervisory tasks, overseeing commercial construction projects, ensuring quality control, maintaining construction safety standards, and managing project budgets.
The requirements of the role are :
- Supervisory Skills and Commercial Construction experience.
- Experience with Passive House (PHIUS) Standards for Multi Family.
- Quality Control and Construction Safety knowledge.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
