Our client is a Tri-State General Contractor and Construction Lead based in Manhattan, NYC founded in 2015. They are recognised as a minority and women-owned business enterprise.
They are looking for a Mid-Level Project Manager to join the driven team in NYC. Looking for an individual who has a proven track record of working on a mixture of commercial and residential ground-up projects in the City. The successful candidate will be someone who has a minimum of between 5-7 years experience within the construction industry.
The requirements of the role are :
- Demonstrated experience managing a variety of ground-up commercial and residential projects in New York City.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in the construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
