**Your Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Clinic Director to lead our Fircrest clinic. As a leader, you will be instrumental in providing patient care, fostering collaboration, and driving excellence within our team. You will oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource management, while monitoring performance metrics and implementing strategies for optimization.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to physical therapists and support staff
- Oversight of day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource management
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
**Requirements**
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting and experience in management or leading a team is preferred
- Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy
