Our Facilites department is seeking a CUSTODIAN-LEAD ELEM 1SHFT to join their team for the 2024-2025 school year!
Location: Marvista Elementary
SUMMARY: This position performs custodial duties in the facility assigned to ensure a safe, clean learning environment for the students in the Highline School District. The lead custodian is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the facility. The lead custodian coordinates and supervises assignments of assistant lead and custodians. He/she may also supervise/work with students who are working off disciplinary time assigned by the school administrator. The lead custodian is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the facility. This position will work in any capacity needed to protect staff, students, and district property in the event of physical or natural emergencies. He/she may occasionally work overtime when needed to secure property or when deemed necessary by supervisor.
