SUMMARY : The Business Services team is looking for a project manager to join the leadership team. The Project Manager serves as a strategic support, ensuring successful implementation and accountability related to the departments' key strategic projects in service of equitable learning environments for all students. The Project Manager works to create project plans; define the strategic implications of projects and determine the requirements to achieve a successful implementation, including advising on the body of research about change management in systems. The Project Manager supports collaborative efforts across divisional teams (Student Learning, Student Support, District Operations and System Support), Cabinet, building administrators and community stakeholders. They bring proven skills in planning, facilitating, modeling, coaching, and implementing strategies to scale; and sufficient school finance knowledge to ensure projects have the greatest possible success. This position is non-represented, pursuant to PERC decision 2024. This profile may be updated to further reflect the vacancy's strategic staffing profile.
