SUMMARY: The Digital Transformation Project Strategy Manager has a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation initiatives within the school system. This position is focused on integrating technology projects to support both instructional and operational needs through digital transformation. The Project Strategy Manager is responsible for managing the digital transformation project portfolio, ensuring the effective completion of projects that support cross departmental and district programs. Additionally, the role involves supporting, and in some cases, creating technology focused professional development, enabling school and central staff to gain technical proficiency that aligns with the Highline Promise, strategic plan, district, and departmental initiatives. The Digital Transformation Project Strategy Manager is also well-versed in intranet development using standard web development and DevOps practices, and has the ability to integrate with and improve established project management processes and procedures. As part of the departmental leadership team, the Digital Transformation Technology Manager is dedicated to fostering a collaborative leadership model in partnership with the Digital Transformation executive team.
