    Our Student Learning Department is seeking a Secondary Language Learning Specialist to join our team of educators for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year!

    SUMMARY: The Central Office Specialist is an accomplished teacher who serves in a leadership role at the system level. A specialist provides expert consultation through facilitating collaboration, instructional coaching, and serving as a system leader across a variety of roles. The Central Office Specialist sees their ongoing learning and development as essential to achieve equitable results for all students.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
      • WA State Teaching Certificate with endorsements appropriate to subject area and grade level of assignment and Three years successful teaching experience
      • ELL or Bilingual Endorseement required
      • Vietnamese ACTFL Adv Low - highly preferred
      • Secondary Education Experience - highly preferred
    • ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Criminal background clearance and all certificates, licenses, endorsements, permits, and vaccines (absent exemption) as required for this position by state and local authorities.
