Overview of role
Highline Warren is seeking an organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated Creative Operations intern for the summer of 2025. The Creative Operations Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the operational functions of the creative department. You will assist in managing workflows, organizing resources, tracking project timelines, and ensuring the smooth execution of creative projects. This is a hands-on role where you will gain valuable experience in creative project management and operations, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Highline Warren is headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, but additional teammates are located all across North America.
This role will be located in Memphis, Tennessee with the expectation of meeting in person at least twice per week.

Duration: May 2025 to August 2025
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours/week
Responsibilities
· Assist in trafficking creative projects from start to finish. Help ensure projects are completed on time by tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
· Help facilitate communication between creative teams and other departments (e.g., marketing, product, etc.) to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
· Support objectives of the creative team by coordinating with designers and other team members to ensure alignment of resources and priorities.
· Assist with managing creative assets, such as images, labels, and documents, and ensure they are organized, easily accessible for the team, and efficiently delivered to stakeholders.
· Offer feedback and assist in identifying opportunities to streamline and improve creative workflows and operations.
· Present learnings from internship to marketing leadership team at the end of the summer.
