Sr Analyst, Strategy
SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function.
- Strategy
- Assess and measure key macro drivers.
- Support the annual strategic planning process.
- Support and eventually run the strategy project management office, which governs the top 10-15 strategic projects across the organization.
- Business Planning
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic business plans, including market entry strategies, product positioning, and pricing strategies.
- Performance Monitoring
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to track progress against strategic objectives and identify areas for optimization.
- Financial Modeling
- Build and maintain financial models to assess the financial impact of various strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, marketing, operations, and product development to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
- Presentations and Reporting
- Prepare and present strategic recommendations and findings to senior leadership, providing insights and actionable recommendations to inform decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve strategic planning processes and methodologies.
- M&A
- Assist SVP in trending databooks and underwriting-related analyses.
- Assist SVP with building integration collateral (playbook and checklist).
- Run integration processes to ensure functions are proactive in business planning to ingest acquisitions.
- Implement system to track and measure synergy realization.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
An individual qualified for this job must be able to:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and concise insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of driving results and influencing decision-making through strategic analysis and recommendations.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS
An individual qualified for this job must have and maintain the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or related field.
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Snowflake.
- Project management experience.
