KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

User Interface Design :

  • Design and implement visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Own the Digital Design System for our websites partnering with the various brand owners.
  • Incorporate user / customer feedback into design and functionality.
  • Create user interface specifications by applying research, standards, industry best practices, considering strategic business objectives, user needs, and system constraints.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance and scalability.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs prior to development.
  • Act as a user experience advocate regarding principles of user experience and user-centered design.

Front-End Development :

  • Experience developing Lightning Web Components and working with Salesforce APIs.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Building, maintaining and reporting on A / B testing on various websites.
  • Cross-Platform Design :

  • Adapt designs for accessibility, ensuring that all users, including those with disabilities, have a positive experience.
  • Coordinate with creative and business teams to ensure customer experience standards and compliance.
  • REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

    An individual qualified for this job must be able to :

  • Demonstrate strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple websites and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Show proficiency in content management systems, Salesforce lightning components, and analytics platforms.
  • Have experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud community templates, personalization, and content management.
  • Understand responsive design and best UX practices.
  • Work in a flexible environment with technical teams that leverage sprints.
  • Analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS

    An individual qualified for this job must have and maintain the following qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, marketing, design, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-6 years’ work experience as a UI / UX Developer, Front-End Developer, or a similar role.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing software is a plus.
  • Experience with the Salesforce platform across their Digital Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Order Management, CRM / Sales Cloud is a plus.
  • Experience integrating with Coveo.
  • Certified in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • LOCATION : Charlotte (preferred), or remote
