Job Description :
We are working with an industry leading General Contractor based in Queens, NYC who was founded in 1990. Covering residential, commercial, institutional, public building and infrastructure projects throughout New York City and the metropolitan area.
They are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mid-Level Estimator with direct experience working on NYCHA (New York City Housing Authority) projects. This role requires expertise in cost estimation, bid preparation, and scope analysis for large-scale residential and public housing projects.
- The requirements of the role are : 3–5 years of experience in construction estimating, with at least 2 years focused on NYCHA projects.
- Strong understanding of NYCHA bidding procedures and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in estimating software.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
