We offer a professional retail cannabis environment and are looking for friendly, reliable individuals who excel in a fast-paced, positive workplace. No prior industry experience is required. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, as required by state law. HIGHLY Brunswick is open every day from 10am to 8pm. Budtenders must have weekend availability. please do not apply if you are unable to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

What we are looking for:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A positive and professional attitude
- Full-time availability (35-40 hours per week)
- Friendly and personable demeanor
- Point of Sale (POS) system experience
- Accuracy in processing cash transactions
- Ability to follow policy and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize discrepancies
- Reliable transportation
- Capability to stand for 8 to10- hour shifts
- Strength to lift and carry boxes, up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
