HIGHLY is now hiring a Team Lead for our busy South Portland location. We're looking for an experienced supervisor who prides themselves on delivering friendly, professional service to their customers and being a resource for their colleagues. Curious about Maine's thriving recreational cannabis industry? HIGHLY offers a positive & professional retail cannabis environment and while industry experience is a plus, it is not required.
Weekend and evening availability is both expected and required for Team Leaders; please don't apply if you're not available to work on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. - At least 1 year Supervisory experience
- Reliable Transportation
- Able to be on your feet for a full 8-10 hour shift
- POS & Cash Handling experience
- Full Time 40 /-hr per week availability
- Minimum 21 years old
