Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Strategy Development: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for improving sales strategies and enhancing brand positioning. Simplify and optimize approaches for securing placement in retail stores, ensuring a more effective market entry
- B2B Lead Generation: Generate hot leads through market research, networking, and inbound marketing strategies.
- Hot Lead Channels: Identify new avenues for acquiring hot leads to fuel the sales pipeline.
- High-Value Client Acquisition: Target, develop, and maintain relationships with high-value and strategic wholesale accounts.
- Market Penetration Strategies: Develop and implement plans for entering new markets and expanding current market share.
- Sales Management: Build and oversee the operations of the sales department, ensuring smooth functioning, customer satisfaction, and highly organized. This includes strategizing and implementing initiatives for operational excellence, market presence enhancement, and revenue growth for our sales department.
- Sales Team Oversight: Recruit, develop, and oversee the sales team, providing ongoing training and support to ensure team members meet growth targets and align with company objectives. Set sales goals, guide daily activities, and monitor performance to foster professional development and achieve sales excellence.
- Performance Metrics: Implement and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
- Revenue Growth: Set, monitor, and drive revenue targets for the company.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other department heads to align business strategies and objectives.

Base Salary: $60,000
Commission & Bonus Incentives: Additional high earning potential through commissions on sales and bonuses for meeting sales achievements
