Highly Likely is an all-day restaurant with a fantastic, established coffee program. We are looking for a great Barista Manager to over see our coffee program at the Highland Park location.
The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, continue to grow and nurture our awesome team, and bring their unique vision to our beverage program.
The ideal candidate is highly organized and likes a tightly structured restaurant that is profitable while maintaining integrity.
We do not micro-manage supervisors, rather we aim to hire people more talented then ourselves and point them in the right direction and let them do their thing.
Communication is key, along with truly enjoying hospitality and serving others.
Responsibilities
- Manage our team of awesome Baristas; this includes all scheduling, training, coaching, promotion, hiring, discipline, and firing.
- Manage the service floor in addition to the coffee bar, as the only manager on duty
- Help drive sales by training, motivating, and mentoring the team
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service and a great, consistent coffee program
- Complete weekly / monthly administration duties and ensure all policies and procedures are enforced and up to date.
- Maintain the FOH organization and cleanliness
- Innovate the program with coffee and tea specials, as well as contribute to our bar program when appropriate
- Attend all management team meetings, and work with the other managers to ensure smooth service from day to night.
