The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of specialty coffee and the confidence to lead a high-volume coffee bar creatively and consistently. Leadership/training experience is a MUST as you will be scheduling, hiring, and training a barista staff of 10-15 people on a regular basis. Responsibilities for this role include:
